My story
From Building Sites to website design
About My Journey
I first got into design as a teenager, creating posters and graphics and realising that visual work came naturally to me. After leaving school, I went straight into construction, and by my early twenties I was running my own small business. That’s where I learned how to create my own branding, build my own websites, and handle all the marketing needed to keep the business moving.
When the recession hit and my bookings dropped, my wife needed extra support caring for her two disabled daughters. I made the decision to wind down the construction side of the business so I could be at home and help the family. That change also gave me the time to develop my skills in design, SEO, website building and digital marketing properly.
Over the years I have continued to help friends and local businesses build websites that actually support their growth. Everything I offer is shaped by real experience on both sides of the industry. I understand the practical needs of trades and the importance of websites that work simply, clearly and reliably.
