If you’ve selected a Premium or bespoke service, I’ll schedule an initial consultation call to discuss your project in more detail.

To ensure your design stands out, I’ll begin by conducting thorough research on your competitors and the latest design trends in your industry. This research will inform the creation of your design.
Before crafting a detailed design, I’ll create several initial design drafts, wireframes, or templates that showcase essential layouts and major elements. These will be accompanied by brief notes on how each component should look. You can then review these options and select the one that best aligns with your vision.

You can expect to receive your first design previews within 2-3 working days. For premium or bespoke packages, which require a full consultation, this timeline may vary.
Once you’ve selected your preferred design from the initial previews and given approval to proceed, we’ll enter into a contract. You’ll be required to make an initial 50% deposit or full payment, depending on the service package chosen.
Step 4
We handle all aspects of your project’s design and creation in-house, with the exception of printing, hosting, and onsite videography. After design approval, we move on to content creation, which typically takes the most time and varies depending on scope, size, and complexity.
We keep you informed throughout the process with a demo installation in a staging environment. You’ll be able to see your project take shape and interact with it during development (for websites).

You’ll have the opportunity to review your project in a testing environment, commonly known as a staging environment. This allows you to see your project take shape and interact with it (for websites) during the development stage. You’re encouraged to request any changes or revisions at this point.
To ensure your satisfaction, I offer limited or unlimited revisions on designs, with some design packages having a revision limit to manage costs. I aim to complete each batch of revisions within 24 hours but may extend this timeframe to 48 hours during busy periods to maintain efficiency.

After finalising your project’s design, I’ll refine it to ensure it’s optimised for various devices and platforms.
My website packages include best-practice organic SEO techniques, which I’ll implement during the refinement process. This includes testing on multiple devices, conducting keyword research, and applying cornerstone content and schema settings.
I’ll also optimise your website’s loading times by implementing best-practice techniques such as image compression and code minimisation.

Most services can be completed within a standard 5-14 working day timeframe. However, certain virtual products require a slightly shorter timeline. Logos, social media cover designs, and short promotional videos typically take 5-7 working days to complete. This allows for a swift turnaround without compromising on quality.
Standard 4-6 page websites usually take around 14 working days to build and launch. This includes design, development, and testing to ensure a seamless user experience.
More complex projects, such as bespoke websites, eCommerce solutions, premium designs, and large-scale developments, may require more time due to their intricacy. These projects can take several weeks or even months to complete, depending on the scope and requirements.

The level of after-sales support can vary significantly depending on the service provided. While some services may not offer any support, others, like marketing campaigns, may include regular posting and monitoring. For certain services, I also provide monthly performance reports to my clients.
For customers who opt for my all-in-one website hosting package, I offer comprehensive after-sales support for their website or eCommerce site. This includes prompt fixes for any content errors, regular backups, updates, security checks, and maintenance tasks. This added value significantly enhances the overall website hosting experience and after-sales support.
